We are looking for you to join our growing team in Karlsruhe as a full-time (40 hours per week) as Manager People Services (m/f/d).
Your mission
  • You lead the recruiting team and the HR administration team with clarity, collaboration, and a focus on results.
  • You oversee payroll coordination, ensure accuracy in time tracking, and maintain all personnel records with compliance and precision.
  • You drive continuous process analysis and optimization, especially in the digitalization and modernization of HR services.
  • You advise on complex tax and social security matters, offering reliable guidance.
  • You enable timely hiring by ensuring efficient recruiting processes and by managing recruiting budgets responsibly.
  • You coordinate effectively with external consultants and legal advisors whenever specialized expertise is required.
  • You lead audit preparations and manage all HR‑related reporting for both recruiting and administration.
Your profile
  • You bring a completed education or studies in HR (e.g.,Personalfachwirt*in, Personalkaufmann/-frau or similar).
  • You offer deep HR expertise across labor law, personnel administration, recruiting, and HR systems.
  • You master personnel administration end-to-end, including contracts, references, master data, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • You understand payroll processes and interfaces thoroughly and know how to collaborate effectively with payroll functions.
  • You have solid recruiting experience, from interview techniques to active sourcing and modern talent acquisition methods.
  • You work confidently with HR systems (ideally Personio) and demonstrate strong leadership abilities focused on coaching, development, and team management.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English and combine excellent stakeholder management with a service-oriented, structured, analytical, and hands-on working style.
