We are looking for you to join our growing team in Karlsruhe as a full-time (40 hours per week)
Contract Manager – CAPEX Projects (m/f/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

You are the first point of contact in the project team for supply chain and contract related topics.
You establish and optimize project procurement strategies and coordinate between the project and procurement organizations.
You are the intermediary between suppliers/companies and the project teams.
You manage contracts, ensure contract performance, handle change order management, disputes, and claims.
You will identify contract-related project risks and define and monitor mitigation measures with the project teams.
You will foster supplier relationships, promote continuous improvement, collect supplier feedback, and drive innovation and value creation with selected suppliers.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

You have a master's or bachelor's degree in economics, law, supply chain, engineering, or a comparable field.
You have 6+ years of experience in large CAPEX projects in the E&P, chemical, or energy industry.
You are willing to travel for negotiations and on-site supplier meetings.
You are fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus.
You work proactively, are solution-oriented, and are a true team player, even under pressure.
