Für unser wachsendes Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h) und unbefristet, als Leiter Projektservices (m/w/d).

Als Leiter Projkektservices (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in einem der bedeutendsten Projekte unseres Unternehmens. Du führst das Project Services & Controls Team und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung im Einklang mit unseren Standards.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Du führst die Project Services und Controls Organisation im Lionheart-Projekt und entwickelst sie strategisch weiter.
Du entwickelst und implementierst Standards und Prozesse für Projektservices, als Vorlage für zukünftige Kapitalprojekte.
Du koordinierst Governance, Risiko-, Change- und Entscheidungsprozesse entlang des gesamten Projektverlaufs.
Du verantwortest die Projektberichte und KPI-Überwachung im Rahmen des Project Controls.
Du unterstützt und entwickelst die Projektteams durch Coaching und fachliche Expertise.
Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und erarbeitest Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Zielerreichung.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du bringst über 15 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektumfeld der Chemie-, Öl & Gas- oder verwandten Industrie mit.
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP (PS, CO, FI, MM) sowie Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools und Reporting-Systemen.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektteams in Matrixorganisationen.
Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick.
Du bringst Führungserfahrung im deutschen Arbeitskontext mit und überzeugst durch Teamfähigkeit und Coaching-Mentalität.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich.

For our growing team in Karlsruhe we are looking for you in full time (40h) and unlimited, as Project Services Manager (m/f/d).
As a Project Services Manager, you will play a key role in one of our most important strategic projects. You will lead the Project Services & Controls team and ensure the successful planning, monitoring, and execution of the project in line with our standards.

Your mission

You lead the Project Services and Controls organization within the Lionheart Project and drive its strategic development.
You develop and implement standards and procedures for project services – setting the foundation for future capital projects.
You coordinate governance, risk, change, and decision-making processes across the entire project lifecycle.
You are responsible for reporting and monitoring key performance indicators through the Project Controls organization.
You support and develop project teams through coaching and professional guidance.
You identify optimization potentials and develop measures to improve efficiency and achieve project goals.

Your profile

You have more than 15 years of relevant professional experience in the project environment of the chemical, oil & gas, or related industries.
You have solid knowledge of SAP (PS, CO, FI, MM) and experience with project management tools and reporting systems.
You have proven experience in leading and developing project teams within matrix organizations.
You are fluent in both German and English – written and spoken.
You possess strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to maintain an overview in complex situations.
You bring leadership experience in the German working context and stand out through your team spirit and coaching mentality.
