Für unser zentrales People and Culture Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h) und unbefristet, als HR Specialist (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Du entwickelst und setzt Maßnahmen zur Personalentwicklung um – sowohl individuelle Weiterbildungen als auch unternehmensweite Programme.
Du organisierst interne Schulungen, koordinierst externe Trainings und stellst sicher, dass unser Wissen im Fluss bleibt.
Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Qualifikationsmatrix, um Kompetenzen transparent und gezielt weiterzuentwickeln.
Du betreust bestehende Benefits, entwickelst neue Angebote und stärkst damit unsere Arbeitgeberattraktivität.
Du planst und führst interne sowie externe Audits im HR-Bereich durch – gemeinsam mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen.
Du bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse und -Tools ein.
Zusätzlich unterstützt du das HR-Team bei Themen wie Personalplanung, Budgetplanung, Mitarbeit beim Performance Rights Programm und hältst dabei stets einen guten Draht zum Betriebsrat.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung – idealerweise ergänzt durch die Qualifikation als geprüfte*r Personalfachkaufmann/-frau.
Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im HR-Bereich mit, besonders in der Personalentwicklung und konzeptionellen Personalarbeit.
Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Prozesse und begleitest HR-Projekte mit Weitblick und Struktur.
Idealerweise kennst du dich mit dem HR-Tool Personio aus oder bist bereit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten.
Du verfügst über solide Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und kannst sie sicher im Alltag anwenden.
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch – dabei behältst du den Menschen immer im Blick.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
