Bei Vulcan Energie Ressourcen GmbH treiben wir die nachhaltige Lithiumgewinnung und klimaneutrale Energieproduktion voran. Zur Verstärkung unsere wachsendes Teams suchen wir dich als Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer (m/w/d) am Standort Karlsruhe in Vollzeit (40h) und unbefristet, um unsere technischen Anlagen mit deinem Fachwissen und Engagement zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Du entwickelst die Strategie für rotierende Anlagen und stellst eine reibungslose Integration mit externen Partnern sicher.
Du prüfst und genehmigst technische Designs und Modifikationen gemäß Projekt- und
Branchenstandards.
Du koordinierst dich mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, überwachst den
Projektfortschritt und steuerst Risiken proaktiv.
Du setzt höchste Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards um und sorgst für eine lückenlose
Dokumentation.
Du führst, entwickelst und unterstützt dein Team sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du bringst über 10 Jahre Erfahrung mit rotierenden Maschinen in der Chemie- oder
Energiewirtschaft mit und du kennst dich mit europäischen Normen und Regularien für
mechanische Anlagen aus.
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare
Qualifikation.
Du hast Erfahrung in Führung, Projektmanagement und relevanter Software.
Du bist kommunikationsstark, ein Teamplayer und förderst aktiv den Wissenstransfer.
Du hast ein starkes Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und innovativen Lösungen.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und bist bereit für gelegentliche internationale
Reisen.
