We want you for...

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), full-time (40h, initially limited to 1 year) for our Corporate Communications & Investor Relations team in Karlsruhe.

Your mission

You are passionate about driving the strategy for marketing campaigns that represent Vulcan's brand identity and key messages across the business.
You enjoy creating and managing relevant content and collateral for the website, blog, social media in English, German and French.
You manage our brand hub, imagery and video coordination.
You maintain and optimize the website including SEO analytics and reporting.
You ensure that the social media strategy is continuously implemented and further developed.
Also you are responsible for the intranet project and coordinate the content.

Your profile

You have an academic degree in marketing/communications, digital media or a comparable field.
You have experience (at least 5 years) in running successful marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline communication channels.
You are a team player with analytical skills and attention to detail.
You are fit in dealing with key social media platforms and Wordpress.
Your understanding of trends and your creativity enable you to react quickly to current developments with innovative ideas.
You have Business-level English and German and/or French is a plus.
Due to your excellent time and project management skills, you are able to keep track of things, even if you are involved in several projects at the same time.

Für unser Team Corporate Communications & Investor Relations in Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h, zunächst befristet auf 1 Jahr) als Marketing Specialist (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Du treibst mit Begeisterung die Strategie für Marketingkampagnen, die die Markenidentität und die Kernbotschaften von Vulcan repräsentieren im gesamten Unternehmen voran.
Die Erstellung und Verwaltung von relevanten Inhalten sowie Begleitmaterial für Website, Blog, Social Media in Englisch, Deutsch und gern auch Französisch bereiten dir Freude.
Du managst unseren Brand Hub und verwaltest unser Foto- und Videomaterial.
Du pflegst und optimierst die Website inklusive SEO-Analytik und Reporting.
Du sorgst dafür, dass die Social Media Strategie kontinuierlich umgesetzt und weiterentwickelt wird.
Außerdem bist du verantwortlich das Projekt Intranet und koordinierst die Inhalte.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du hast einen akademischen Abschluss im Bereich Marketing/ Kommunikation, Digitale Medien oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
Du hast Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in der Durchführung erfolgreicher Marketingkampagnen über mehrere Online- und Offline-Kommunikationskanäle.
Du bist ein Teamplayer mit analytischem Denken und Liebe zum Detail.
Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigsten Social Media Plattformen und Wordpress.
Dein Verständnis für Trends und Deine Kreativität ermöglichen es dir, schnell mit innovativen Ideen auf aktuelle Entwicklungen zu reagieren.
Du bist ein Kommunikationsprofi in Englisch und Deutsch und/oder Französisch-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
Auf Grund deiner exzellenten Zeit- und Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten, behältst Du gut den Überblick, auch wenn du parallel in mehreren Projekten gefordert bist.
