We are looking for you as a Well Engineer (m/f/d) permanent, full-time (40h) at our Karlsruhe / Germany headquarter

Your mission

Work in the Well Engineering - Drilling and Wells team.
Preparation of concept studies for drilling campaigns.
Development of well designs and drilling / well test / completion / workover / well intervention programs, as well as their continuous optimization.
Preparation of documents in accordance with the Well Delivery Process for the preparation, execution and completion of drilling projects.
Execution of trade specific risk analysis and safety reviews, technical reviews, well specific engineering services such as: Casing calculations, liner hanger configurations, packer calculations, cement calculations, installation lists, torque and drag, operational sequences, well barrier drawings, well schematics, detailed operating procedures, material selection, and hydraulics calculations etc.
Creation and implementation of a well integrity concept for wells in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements.
Software-supported calculations of well designs. Consideration of scenarios and development of alternative concepts.
Planning, supervision and follow-up of operations on our own drilling rigs.

Your profile

Diploma in Petroleum Engineering / Drilling / Completion - Several years of expertise in deep drilling technology
Casing / Tubing Design (Stringnoisis), Well Engineering and Reporting (Innova)
Valid IWCF certificate (Level 4 Supervisor, Surface BOP)
Fact-based decision making
Language skills: German/English
Working in multi-disciplinary teams, intercultural skills
Communication with drilling rigs Supervisors Level
Analytical skills for technical problems
Presentation skills

Wir suchen dich als Well Engineer (m/w/d) unbefristet, in Vollzeit (40h) am Standort Karlsruhe

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Tätigkeit im Team Well Engineering – Drilling and Wells.
Erstellung von Konzeptstudien von Bohrkampagnen.
Erarbeitung von Well Designs und Drilling / Welltest / Completion / Workover/ Well Intervention Programmen, sowie deren kontinuierliche Optimierung.
Erstellung von Dokumenten gemäß des Well Delivery Prozesses zur Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abschluss von Bohrprojekten.
Durchführung von gewerkspezifischen Risikoanalysen und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen, technischen Prüfungen, bohrlochspezifische Ingenieursleistungen wie: Futterrohrberechnungen, Liner Hanger Konfigurationen, Packer Berechnungen, Zementkalkulationen, Einbaulisten, Torque und Drag, operativen Sequenzen, Well Barrier Zeichnungen, Well Schematics, Detailed Operating Procedures, Material Auswahl, sowie Hydraulik Berechnungen etc.
Erstellung und Implementierung eines Well Integrity Konzepts für Bohrungen in Abstimmung mit einschlägigen Regelungen und Anforderungen.
Software gestützte Berechnungen der Well Designs. Betrachtung von Szenarien und Erarbeitung von alternativen Konzepten.
Planung, Betreuung und Nachbereitung der Operations auf den eigenen Bohranlagen.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Diploma in Petroleum Engineering / Drilling / Completion
Mehrjähriges Fachwissen im Bereich Tiefbohrtechnik
Casing / Tubing Design (Stringnoisis), Well Engineering and Reporting (Innova)
Gültiges IWCF Zertifikat (Level 4 Supervisor, Surface BOP)
Faktenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch/Englisch

Kommunikation mit Bohranlagen Supervisors Level
