Wir suchen Dich

Für unser Project Management Office suchen wir dich als Werkstudent Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Karlsruhe.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Du sammelst, prüfst und verarbeitest Finanz- und andere Daten aus den Vulcan-Systemen.
Weiterhin bereitest du Rohdaten für die Interpretation und Berichterstattung auf und lernst, wie man Einblicke in Controlling-Projekte gewinnt.
Du erstellst verschiedene Datentabellen in Excel, um das Power BI Dashboard Reporting zu unterstützen.
Du erarbeitest verschiedene Vorlagen in Excel mit Formeln, die in Power BI verwendet werden können.
Außerdem unterstützt du das Project Controls Team kontinuierlich dabei, die Performance der dir zugewiesenen Projekte zu verstehen.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du studierst aktuell im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften (Diplom/Master/Bachelor).
Du traust es Dir zu, die oben genannten Aufgaben nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit zu erledigen.
Du hast starke analytische Skills, bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gern im Team.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und Power BI.
Du hast Freude an Datenanalyse und Datenmodulation.
Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.

We want you for...

To support our Project Management Office team in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Working Student from the area of Business Informatics / Industrial Engineering or the Sciences immediately.

Your mission

You gather, quality check and process financial and other data from the Vulcan systems.
You prepare raw data for interpretation and reporting, learning how to gain insights on controlling projects.
You create various data tables in excel to support the Power BI dashboard reporting.
You generate various templates in excel with formulas that can be used in Power BI.
You assist your Project Controls team to understand the performance of your assigned projects on a continuous basis.

Your profile

You are currently studying business informatics, industrial engineering or sciences (diploma/master's/bachelor's degree).
You have the confidence to complete the above tasks after a short training period.
You have strong analytical skills, are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
You have very good knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI.
You enjoy data analysis and data modulation.
You speak very good German and English.
